Return policy

In accordance with the applicable legislation (Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014), any buyer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for products from magazinulpentruanimale.ro within 14 calendar days, without having to justify their decision, subject to the following return policy.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after:

– the delivery date, meaning the date when you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you takes physical possession of the product; or

– in case of multiple products that are part of a single order and delivered separately: (i) the last day when you, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you, take physical possession of the last product, or (ii) if applicable, the date when we notify you that we can no longer deliver the ordered products; or

– in case of an order regarding the delivery of a product consisting of multiple lots or pieces: (i) the date when you or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you takes physical possession of the last lot or piece, or (ii) the date when we notify you that we cannot deliver additional lots or pieces.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sole traders (PFAs) or legal entities.

Products that Cannot be Returned

The following products are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

• food products sold through the website that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly or cannot be returned for health protection reasons or hygiene reasons, or which have been unsealed by the consumer;

• products showing signs of wear or consumption, products customized according to customer requirements, products with physical modifications, dents, chips, scratches, impacts, products without original packaging or with damaged packaging.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us about your decision using the withdrawal form below.

The standard withdrawal form should be completed and sent to the email address contact@magazinulpentruanimale.ro. After reviewing the withdrawal option, we will send you the resolution of the withdrawal request by email. Any withdrawal request received will be analyzed and resolved according to the applicable legal provisions depending on the type of products subject to the request.

If the withdrawal request is confirmed by us, we will refund the amount for the products subject to the withdrawal request that we received from you, excluding delivery costs, no later than 30 calendar days from the date we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. Payment will be made through bank transfer to the bank account specified by the Buyer.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until we receive the products back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the products back, whichever is earlier.

The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered (undamaged and with all accompanying documents – invoice, warranty certificates, etc.).

Important: The costs associated with returning the product(s) subject to the withdrawal request will be borne entirely by you. Therefore, neither the cost of transport paid to receive the products nor the cost of transport for sending them back to us will be refunded.
