2. What data we collect

Identification data: name, surname;
Contact details: e-mail, telephone, delivery/billing address;
Customer account data: user, settings, order history, returns;
Communications: messages sent via forms/contact, reviews, support requests;
Technical data: IP address, browser type/version, device identifiers, pages viewed, cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Policy);
Marketing preferences: newsletter subscription/unsubscription and consent.

4. Source of data

The data is collected directly from you when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, contact us or browse the site. We may also receive limited data from partners (e.g. payment/shipping confirmations).

6. Categories of data recipients

We only transmit data when necessary, based on a legal basis and appropriate guarantees:

couriers and logistics service providers (delivery, return);
payment processors (online payments);
IT/hosting providers, e-mailing/newsletter, anti-fraud solutions;
accountants/auditors/consultants – within the limits of the law and contracts;
public authorities – when there is a legal obligation.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

marketing (newsletter): until withdrawal of consent/unsubscription;
cookies: according to the durations indicated in the Cookie Policy.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

the right to data portability;
the right to object (including to direct marketing);
the right to withdraw your consent, when the processing is based on it;
the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing – www.dataprotection.ro.

To exercise your rights, write to us at contact@magazinulpentruanimale.ro. We will respond without undue delay within a maximum of 30 days, with the possibility of extending the term according to art. 12 GDPR.

11. Minors

We do not knowingly collect data from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not provide us with data without the consent of your parent/guardian. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it without undue delay.

12. Automated decisions

We do not use automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you, within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.

We may update this policy to reflect legislative or operational changes. The current version will be published on the site, with the date of the last update.
